Step 1 Please review Robertson Warranty Statement to verify that your product is covered under warranty. Step 2 If you have verified the date code information and know the product is defective and has not been abused or operated improperly, please submit a warranty claim form. Step 3 You can submit an Online Warranty Claim Form, or you may also download a form from Robertson Worldwide website and fax the completed form to the Warranty Department at 877-388-2420.
